At the beginning of each Rail Rush game things go slow, but as you advance obstacles appear at increasing speed and it turns into madness. When you get killed you will be able to see your final result and compare it to results from players all over the world.
Few novelties compared to others
The mechanics of Rail Rush are the same as in mythical games like Temple Run: frontal perspective, forking paths, obstacles you need to avoid and objects you need to collect. It does, however, incorporate some new things, such like the peek right and left movement for collecting trophies.
The graphics and sound effects in Rail Rush are both really good. This is one of those few games that make it worthwhile to put on your headphones and play with sound, because it does a good job of getting you into the action.
Ultimately, repetitive
Rail Rush is a great game. It is lots of fun and you can have a good time with it. But it does have one big catch, which is common to this style of game: ultimately it becomes monotonous, especially since you need to start from the beginning every time.
